A vacation in this apartment allows you to explore the countryside around Siena, but above all to discover the splendid Siena, Monteriggioni and San Gimignano as well as to organize a trekking excursion to Montagnola or a day trip to Florence. In summer, we recommend taking part in the Palio di Siena, a historic horse race that is unique for the emotional commitment of the people of Siena. The Palio takes place on July 2 and August 16 in Piazza del Campo, the main square of Siena, the focal point of the historic center. For horse riding enthusiasts, the area surrounding the accommodation offers the opportunity to ride in well-known riding centers. This vacation accommodation is also recommended in spring / autumn, so you can admire the colors of nature in contrast to the typical land of Siena.
