This spacious apartment is located in the centre of a place called Dagebüll. As this 200 square metre apartment is spread over 2 floors (1st and 2nd floor), the apartment is suitable for a total of 12 people - the perfect place for seaside holiday with friends or several families!
The apartment is located just 200 metres from the North Sea and Dagebülls evergreen beach which invites you for relaxing and swimming. The whole apartment is modern and of high quality and you will feel right at home here. Restaurants and small shops are also found just around the corner. From the 2nd floor bedroom you can enjoy a fantastic view over the countryside as far as up to the North Sea and you can also view the marshy islands.
A spacious living area with large dining table and a cosy sofa is the attraction of this apartment which is located in Dagebüll.
On the small, west-facing balcony (12 square metres) the holiday apartment has space for 4 people. You can enjoy sunbathing on the sun loungers, enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine or just view the vast land up to the North Sea. For get-togethers, a large dining table, which can accommodate 12 people, is provided in the living room - thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides of the living room which makes it bright and friendly.
Enjoy cosy hours in cold season with your loved ones and experience the beautiful view of the first autumn storm sweep over the meadows and banks through the large panoramic windows. After long walks keep yourself warm in the private sauna (5 square metres area) which overlooks the countryside.
The separate kitchen is modern and with all the amenities. Here you can easily accommodate 12 people. A dishwasher is available.
The 6 bedrooms are spread over two floors. The three large bedrooms located on the top floor (can be reached via a staircase from the shared corridor located on the 1st floor) are separate, each with private, directly accessible bathrooms and a small kitchenette. The guests on the 1st floor share the three bedrooms and the very spacious bathroom with bathtub and extra large shower situated on the same floor; In addition, a separate toilet is available. The three bedrooms which are situated on the first floor and the one on top floor and the living room are equipped with a TV each. Every bedroom is equipped with high-quality beds and reading lamps, the master bedroom 1 on the 1st floor also has a small relaxing area.
There is a restaurant located on the ground floor. If you do not wish to cook, you can just walk down the stairs to the restaurant. The restaurant also has a small outdoor terrace, which is situated on the same side as the balcony of the holiday apartment’s bedroom 2 - 5.
The entrance to the apartment is through an outside staircase and a hall, which is also used respectively by employees of the restaurant, whose staff room is located on the 1st floor in front of the entrance to the apartment in the corridor. The first floor staircase leads you to the independent bedrooms located on the 2nd floor.
Dagebüll is the perfect place for exploring the surrounding areas. You will find ferries to the North Sea islands, Amrum and Foehr within a few minutes walking distance. From the nearby harbour in Schlüttsiel (8 km) you can also reach the small marshy islands, Hooge and Langeneß quickly by ship. Also Dagebüll is ideal for a day trip to Sylt as well as the neighbouring Niebüll (approximately 12 km). You can also directly reach Westerland quite comfortably by train in just half an hour.
The many banks around the place offer perfect spot for cyclists – rental bicycles are available right in the town.
