Comfortable holiday house with two terraces, not far from the beach
The 60m² holiday house renovated in 2014 is on a quiet cul-de-sac without traffic, so it is perfect for families with children, as well as guests with canine companions.
There are two terraces with garden furniture. Parking spaces are available in and in front of the lockable garage, at no additional charge. Bicycles can be parked in the garage. Handcarts and beach toys are available for use free of charge.
The house has two floors. The ground floor has a new kitchen with a dishwasher, a stove with a ceramic hob, an oven, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. The living and dining room provides a TV, CD player and radio and is on the ground floor, along with the new guest WC. The second floor has a new bathroom, with a hairdryer and washing machine, as well as the parents’ bedroom with new furniture and a double bed (180 x 200cm), and the children’s room with two single beds (90 x 200cm). All the rooms have electric radiators, exuding pleasant warmth. There are some games and books for children in the house.
The holiday house is only a kilometre from the beach and the harbour. There are shops and restaurants nearby.
The holiday house is strictly non-smoking. So that you can get your holiday off to a stress-free start, some basics are provided at the house, such as coffee and coffee filters, tea, sugar, flour, a small selection of condiments, vinegar and oil, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, tea towels, toilet paper and toilet cleaner. The owner lives on the same site in the other half of the house and is happy to assist with any queries. Note: dog owners and their four-legged friends are welcome, but as the house does not provide canine accessories, you need to bring your own. The dogs may not sleep on the beds.
