Duplex apartment with a balcony, with child-friendly beaches and shops very nearby

This holiday apartment is less than 90 metres from the sea and the beach. There are shops nearby. It is a duplex apartment on the first floor of the house.

The site is fenced and provides safety for children as well as for pets. A medium-sized dog is allowed. The gate in the front garden is not locked, but can be closed. However, children should always be supervised while playing. The apartment provides a shared parking area, 30m from the yard. There is also a large terrace shared with the other apartment (stairs leads from the apartment, across the yard to on the terrace. It is furnished with garden furniture and parasol. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea and the Velebit mountains. There is a solar-heated outdoor shower with warm water.

The 65m² apartment can accommodate six people and has a first floor, and an attic level. The first floor has a living room with a new kitchen, a spacious bathroom and the master bedroom. The living room provides a dining table for six people, LED TV (82cm) with satellite, and a stretched sofa bed for two people (160 x 200cm). The apartment has 2 air conditioning units, one in the living room and one in the upstairs bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, microwave and kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin. The master bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe and a double bed (180 x 200cm) with two bedside tables. The main bedroom has a skylight (skylight could be shaded). Modern wood and steel stairs lead to the upper attic floor, where there is a second bedroom with a double bed (150 x 200cm), and a second toilet. The upper floor bedroom has a south-facing, furnished balcony, with a view of the village. The apartment is equipped with a portable bed and a high chair for younger children. Internet access is available throughout the apartment and the yard.

The town of Ražanac is a small, picturesque fishing village. It is a quiet, family-friendly vacation destination. It is located along the sea and within walking distance you can find shops and facilities such as grocery shops, a doctor, pharmacy, hairdresser, Internet café or tourist information, and a bookshop. Along the shore there are smaller and larger beaches, these are mainly pebbled and rocky, and are suitable for children. As there is no boat traffic in the area, the sea is very clean. For visitors who prefer a beach with sand, there is one available a couple of km away. The European Best Destination for 2016, the beautiful city of Zadar is about 20 km from Razanac. Island Pag is located only 10 km from Razanac and is perfect for day-trips. For nature-lovers, the National Park Paklenica, offers beautiful and clear mountain air, many kilometers of hiking trails, and it is only 25 km away.

It is not only the beach that is right on the doorstep. There are also shops and facilities such as grocery shops, other shops, a doctor, pharmacy, hairdresser, Internet café or tourist information and a bookshop within walking distance. Razanac is a small, picturesque fishing village and ensures a relaxing family holiday. As there is no boat traffic, the sea is very clean here. There are smaller and larger beaches to suit all tastes. They are mainly pebbled and rocky beaches that are also suitable for children. A couple of kilometres away there is also a sandy beach.

    “Beautiful apartment with all necessary for a pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean, bed linen and towels ensured. Top of all, the apartment is nice cooled and air-conditioners are very quiet. The position of the apartment is great, beach only 2 minutes by walk, great for kids and babies, also nearby are restaurants, coffee shops, market. Fenced yard for children was also very useful.”

    “Das Haus ist ideal geeignet für eine Familie mit Kinder (4-6 Pax), es ist alles genauso wie es abgebildet ist, der Strand ist 2 min. vom Haus entfernt, die Ausstattung ist vollkommen ausreichend und enthält alles, was man braucht. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz für das Auto, sodass man es nicht irgendwo parken muss. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend und sehr familiär alles.”
