Holiday house by the Montgo nature reserve with a fantastic sea view, two pools and a sauna

This holiday house is situated on the lower part of a mountain slope and enjoys stunning views of Denia, the sea – the Valencia bay - and the mountains

The house has two private parking spaces, a heatable pool right by the house (private pool), a sauna and another pool (15 x 4.5m) off site.

The house has a total of four bedrooms (of which three with air conditioning), three bathrooms, two well-equipped kitchens (ceramic hob, dishwasher, freezer), two living rooms with a fireplace, a dining room, a patio and four terraces. The patio has a barbecue and the other terraces can be used variably depending on the weather, wind and the view. Air conditioning, a washing machine, a 60” satellite TV, wireless Internet access are provided. A parking space is available on site. Please note that when renting up to 4 people only the ground floor apartment is provided. When renting up to eight people, additional rooms are provided in the apartment.

The nearest shopping facilities are about 2km away, the sea just over 2km away.

    “Herrliches Urlaubserlebnis in einem Ferienhaus das keine Wünsche offen läßt. Phantastischer Ausblick auf die Bucht von Valencia. Mehrere Sonnenterrassen, Barbeque, ein mediterraner Garten. Zwei Pools - eine Saunaanlage, die wir leider noch nicht genutzt haben.”
