The vacation home is located in a dreamlike proximity to the nearby recreational area "Alte Donau" in the district Donaustadt (500m to the beach), ideal for swimming, surfing, cycling or ice skating in winter. A well-kept garden and a beautiful terrace where you can make plans for your vacation day while having a cozy breakfast, make the house the perfect vacation home.
The living/dining area and the terrace are elevated, so you have a beautiful view over the garden. The floor is tiled and has a large carpet, the ceiling is made of wood.
