Holiday home in the midst of nature
The standig individually holiday home, built in 1876 and renovated in 2011 is rustic and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place. Crib, high chair and children's toys are provided free of charge but must be ordered when booking. Clothes line.

Modica. The holiday home is located on a closed garden plot with meadow and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is located in the countryside and is a country house in typical style ragusanischem 19C. Guests are able to cultivate the vegetable garden and the products harvested. In November olives are picked and Painted. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) in the carport and on the property.

air conditioner. Air conditioning is only in the living / bedroom available. Facilities: children's toys, cot, high chair and iron. TV reception takes place via electric wire.
