    “Eine Top-Lage zu diesem Preis, da muss einem klar sein, dass man bei der Einrichtung abstriche machen muss oder zu erwarten hat. Wirlich eine Lage in der ersten Reihe mit einem sehr, sehr schönen Ausblick von der Terasse. Leider kann man die Wohnung NICHT abschließen! Es wurde KEIN Schlüssel ausgehändigt! Sauberkeit war gerade noch in Ordnung aber könnte wesentlich besser sein! Klimaanlage sehr gut, wenn auch nur in einem Raum. Keine Mückenfenster! Gasherd haben wir nicht benutzt, sollte dringend neu angeschlossen werden, sieht sehr marode aus! Nachts des öfteren laut durch Jugendliche oder Partys am Strand. Alles gut zu erreichen und die kleine Bar / Imbis auf dem Gelände ist nicht störend. Ausziehcoutsch ist unbequem! Leider ist die Dusche im Abfluss irgendwo undicht, so dass das Bad und der Flur ständig nass waren. Netter Besitzer, der aber leider zu wenig investiert. Er müsste viel mehr investieren. Der abendliche Ausblick entschädigt für die kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten. Positiv ist auch der Kühlschrank mit Eisfach.
    Zusammengefasst: Ausreichend gut zu dem Preis.
