This modern ground-floor holiday home with private swimming pool is located in a small place Kadumi, in direct proximity of Porec. The house is situated at the verge of the place, near nature and therefore ensures good rest and relaxation. The unit has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, comfortable living space, dining area and kitchen. In the fenced courtyard there is a playground for children at the front side of the house, while at the back there is a swimming pool, small sunbathing area with sunbeds and umbrellas, a terrace with table and chairs and large lawn. You have also bikes at your disposal, as well as an activity room with billiard, table football, pikado and a playing board. In the very place there is a tavern “Kazeta”, well-known for excellent traditional Istrian food, which we strongly recommended visiting. Within only 5 minutes of drive you can reach Porec, where you can find beaches and all other tourist attractions and facilities.
