This excellent, modern house with a pool is located in the countryside. You will enjoy living on a hillside in the small village of Buici, not far from Pazin. The house is surrounded by aromatic forests and beautiful meadows. This stone house is built in traditional style, but the interior is smart and equipped with modern furniture and appliances. External stairs connect the three units of the house. One of the units is spread over the ground floor and the first floor while the other two have rooms only on the ground floor. The large living room and kitchen is located on the ground floor. The bedrooms and the bathrooms are spread over the ground floor and the first floor. In addition, the following facilities are provided, primarily to cater to children - a swing, a slide, a sandpit and a PlayStation2. The older guests have the opportunity to play billiards, darts and table tennis to combat stress. The more adventurous guests can explore the area on bike or on foot as there are many biking and hiking trails in the area. You can visit farms nearby that allow visitors or explore the wine roads and taste the local specialities
