The finca "Vent" is situated on an elevated plot with marvellous views of the eastern Mallorcan countryside, with its own 4,000 m2 vineyard. The secluded, tranquil rural location offers ideal conditions for an all-round relaxing holiday.

Beautifully manicured lawns lead to the impressive pool area, which is surrounded by spacious wooden terraces and sun loungers. After a refreshing swim, you can relax on the terrace and enjoy the view of the rolling hills. The finca also has a sauna, ideal for the colder months, and an outdoor shower for cooling off in summer. The extensive terraces offer several places to relax in the sun or shade, and there is plenty of space to set up hammocks. The central covered terrace is perfect for al fresco dining, with a modern portable barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals.

Inside, the open-plan living area is flooded with natural light and features a stylish fireplace and comfortable lounge, elegant kitchen and dining area for relaxing meals. A separately accessible bedroom on the ground floor (1.6 m bed) with bathroom and cross-trainer completes the space. Upstairs, three spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms promise a peaceful night's sleep.

The modern finca "Vent" is equipped with every comfort and is located on a huge, secluded estate in the east of the island, just six kilometres from Artà, with its quiet pedestrian zone and small, stylish shops. For those who want more hustle and bustle on their holiday, the tourist town of Cala Rajada with its pretty harbour, restaurants, cafés and discos is 20 km away. The nearest beaches are only a few kilometres away.
