The peaks of a protected nature reserve rise majestically in the background. In front of them lies the small coastal town of Betlem, dotted with fantastic villas that have one thing in common: their incredible proximity to the sea. The crashing waves are just 10 metres from this property, making the sounds of relaxation a natural part of this holiday that others have to travel many miles to enjoy. But that's not the only highlight, because if the sea is a little too wild for your taste, you don't have to miss out on the refreshment of exquisite salt water. The pool takes care of that. It shimmers turquoise in the sun on a terrace made of wooden planks, while no less tempting sun loungers and a wooden seating area nearby invite you to enjoy afternoon tea. The view of the deep blue sea from here is spectacular. The plants in the garden blend harmoniously with the flora of this unspoilt coastal region. Those seeking shade can retreat to the covered terrace, where a stylish table has been prepared for larger parties. Next to it are two rocking chairs where you can rock yourself into a peaceful afternoon nap. The balcony on the upper floor is also attractive; from here you can see a little further out to sea, as if you were commanding the bridge of a ship.

The interior of the villa also exudes maritime flair. A total of four air-conditioned double rooms offer first-class accommodation for eight travellers. Three bathrooms and a guest WC ensure that there are no queues for the shower in the morning. With 400 m² of living space, the villa offers plenty of marvellous places. The living area alone is over 60 m² in size and has a very open-plan design. It connects the pool terrace with the kitchen, the dining room and the staircase to the upper level. The kitchen is a high-quality designer kitchen that is fully equipped so that you can quickly take care of the daily housekeeping and spend most of your time relaxing. Or whip up a fancy dinner and enjoy it right on the terrace overlooking the sea. The large sliding glass doors to the terrace allow the house to breathe naturally in hot summer months. They also create a very bright atmosphere, which is further emphasised by the cream-coloured walls and light-coloured flooring. Most of the furniture is also kept in bright white, which gives the villa a dignified atmosphere. On the upper level, there is another living room with a desk for writing postcards or other projects.
This unique luxury villa is located on the edge of the small coastal town of Betlem, from which several hiking trails lead into the surrounding nature reserve. These lead to completely unspoilt beaches (such as Cala Matzoc). The nearest small cove is about 200 metres from the villa. It slopes gently into the water, making it a great place for a relaxing and above all private holiday in Mallorca. Otherwise, you can reach several other beaches by car in just a few minutes, including the wide bay of Son Serra de Marina (with a great breakfast bar next to it). The neighbouring village of Colonia de Sant Pere, 4.5 km away, also offers excellent dining options. If you want to spend your holiday right by the sea, then the wonderfully quiet Villa Espacio (which means space in Spanish and refers to the enormous size of this property) is just right for you.
The large, detached and absolutely luxurious Villa Espacio is located in Betlem in the north-east of Mallorca directly by the sea and is only approx. 200 metres from a small bay. In this part of the island, Mallorca is still largely undeveloped due to strict nature conservation regulations. The few houses found here are therefore of particular value. This is all the more true when several good restaurants are lined up along the pretty harbour promenade in the nearby fishing village of Colònia de Sant Pere and shopping can be done in neighbouring Artá.
