There's no other way to put it: the rustic natural stone finca Son Riera Caimari, once an olive farm, is located roughly halfway between the two small towns of Binibona and Caimari in the north of Mallorca and surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean landscape. However, you hardly need to leave the huge property to experience this at first hand: Olive, almond, orange and lemon trees grow here in competition with each other and invite you to take relaxing walks You can take a well-earned break one of the lovingly furnished seating areas. On the upper floor of the house, there are covered and sunny terrace areas equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the various locations! And if you need a refreshing dip, simply swim a lap in the shallow pool right next to the house and then take a siesta on one of the sun loungers.

The interior of Son Riera Caimari presents itself in a very charming, tasteful, traditional Mallorcan style: whitewashed walls alternate with rustic natural stone walls, the floors are tiled in warm terracotta colours and the ceiling has wooden beams in places. A particularly original highlight is the well-preserved old oil mill, which can be admired from the living room through a glass wall. On the ground floor, in addition to the airy entrance area with the beautiful brick bench with cushions, you will find a cosily furnished double bedroom with a chic bathroom and a beautiful guest room. The living and dining room is located on the upper floor. While two tasteful, light-coloured sofas invite you to relax in the living room, just around the corner, slightly elevated, is a beautiful, large dining table for lavish meals and unforgettable, long evenings with good friends. Cooking is fun in the light-flooded kitchen equipped with high-quality appliances, where another wooden table invites you to enjoy a relaxed breakfast. Five further double bedrooms and a total of three bathrooms round off the comfortable living atmosphere on the upper floor.

A natural stone villa, old and yet equipped with all modern conveniences, situated on a huge plot of land surrounded by greenery, olive, almond and orange trees - this is Son Riera Caimari near Caimari in the north of Mallorca. Fantastic views of the beautiful surroundings, some as far as the bay of Alcúdia, are guaranteed here, as is absolute privacy. The 500 m², stylishly furnished house offers plenty of space and a shallow pool in the garden. The idyllic village of Binibona is just 0.8 km away on foot, while the nearest beach, Playa de Muro, is 23.9 km away by car.
