The property has stylish terrace areas, both open and covered, which are perfect for relaxing outdoors. Enjoy a dip in the shallow pool or exercise on the property's own paddle tennis court, a unique offering. Sun loungers on the pool terrace provide a comfortable place to relax under the Mediterranean sun. The property was originally an olive farm and is still maintained by employees for olive production and plant inspections.

The spacious house, equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating, offers plenty of space for individual enjoyment. Traditional terracotta tiles, exposed beam ceilings and natural stone elements emphasise the cosy ambience. The living room with fireplace and TV as well as the fully equipped kitchen with dining area are perfect for get-togethers. The farmhouse has six bedrooms, four doubles and two singles, as well as four bathrooms and a guest toilet to ensure privacy for all guests. A separate accommodation unit consists of one of the double bedrooms, a bathroom and a small living room with an integrated kitchen. Wellness is provided by an outdoor sauna, which adds a relaxing touch to your holiday experience.

This exclusive natural stone farmhouse is located in a beautiful rural setting in the middle of the Tramuntana mountains. Esporles with shopping facilities, several restaurants and bars can be reached in 5 minutes by car, the nearest beach in approx. 20 minutes.
