Welcome to the friendly retreat of Villa Na Creu Vella. Here you will find absolute tranquillity and rural idyll, as the terracotta-coloured newly built house is surrounded by a natural garden and is situated in the middle of a large holm oak forest, completely secluded and detached, with only a few neighbours (a horse). The stable is not far away). You can enjoy the pool in complete privacy and then relax on the sun terrace on one of the comfortable sun loungers with soft cushions. Spend a pleasant afternoon with a board game on your sun loungers by the pool, which can be shaded with a parasol if required. The welcoming house with its sky-blue shutters offers a cool seating area in the covered terrace area. Extra-light curtains have been installed here so that you can sit and eat in the shade regardless of the position of the sun. In addition to a high-quality dining table set and a mobile barbecue, there is a wide, hanging hammock where you can relax with a gentle sea breeze on your skin and enjoy the carefree lightness of your holiday to the full.

The veranda leads to the interior of this pretty villa. Here you will find a pleasantly large room with a marvellous ceiling height and numerous windows. All three functional areas that you would expect for a relaxing holiday in the villa remain open: Living in front of a rustic fireplace on a cosy new black couch, dining at a long table with comfortable wooden chairs and cooking in the very chic American design kitchen. Everything is at hand in the fully equipped kitchen, which is inspiring and absolutely ideal for cooking together with children or friends. This area becomes the meeting point for all mornings in the villa, where you can plan your day over a freshly brewed cup of coffee. The two bedrooms are spacious and offer plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe. One of them has a large double bed, while the second with two single beds is ideal for children. The bathroom here is shared, which is reflected in the modern and high-quality fittings. It is tiled with natural terracotta-coloured stone and the walk-in shower area is decorated with a delicate mosaic of the same material. In this well-kept environment, you can simply feel at home and find peace and quiet, especially if you appreciate being close to nature.

Our aerial photographs prove the excellent location of Villa Na Creu Vella, as in the background you can see the medieval town of Artà, just 2.5 kilometres away, and the rolling hills of the Llevant mountain range. Here, in the middle of a private wooded area and yet close to the town, you can enjoy the marvellous rural tranquillity. Artà offers a picturesque pedestrianised area with individual shops, where you can stroll, browse and enjoy a coffee in the Plaça del Conquerodor. A typical Mallorcan weekly market with fruit, vegetables, handicrafts, chickens and more takes place here every Tuesday. Watching the colourful hustle and bustle over a delicious ice cream or a cool drink is part of the cheerful holiday atmosphere. You can also enjoy life on the beach, as the beaches of the east, such as Cala Bona or Cala Agulla, as well as Son Serra de Marina in the bay of Alcúdia are easily accessible by hire car.

The hospitable, newly built Villa Na Creu Vella is located in the middle of a holm oak forest, in an absolutely rural idyll to the west of the small medieval town of Artà. Here you can do your daily shopping in small supermarkets or a variety of fresh produce markets. If you want to go to the beach, we recommend the lively Cala Ratjada, which is just a stone's throw away, or visit one of the beautiful bays in the east of the island, such as the natural beach of Cala Mesquida.
