On a sightseeing tour, we see the absolutely enchanting Villa Sa Tortugueta in the sunlight directly behind Artà's northern exit. We are greeted by a Mallorcan ambience. The outdoor area will immediately arouse interest in further exploration. Many different trees characterise the varied garden and create an idyllic and almost cosy atmosphere. Those who prefer to spend a lot of time in the fresh air are sure to find a few favourite spots; whether on the terrace that surrounds several sides of the natural stone building, on the lawn, in the hammock or on the slightly elevated terrace by the pool. You can enjoy the atmosphere under the olive trees by the house and savour a fresh fruit salad or a crispy roll from the bakery at breakfast, for example, while gazing out over the greenery. In addition to the certainly worthwhile excursions in the near and far surroundings, a relaxing day by the pool is also tempting. Enjoy extensive relaxation in the open air. The sun loungers and parasols are already waiting for you! Take the occasional dip in the cool waters of the 8 metre-long pool, which you can easily access via the corner staircase. The outdoor pool is super practical. Next to the house is an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill, a small gas hob, a sink, a large fridge and chairs. This is the place to end the day with a generous helping of tasty treats!

Several double doors lead from the terrace into the charming 130 m² interior of the house, which comprises the living area. A lounge, which runs the length of the house and is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a wood-burning stove and modern media equipment, should be the first destination for a relaxing time indoors. Light-coloured walls, exposed beam ceilings, selected furniture and decorative pieces make it clear that this place has been designed with great attention to aesthetic detail. Stretch your legs towards the crackling fire in the evening and let yourself be entertained by an exciting TV film or a good holiday read. Wireless internet access allows you to stay in touch with family and friends at home while on holiday and share your daily impressions with them. The adjoining kitchen (also with a fireplace) invites you to enjoy lavish feasts in a convivial atmosphere. A cooker, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, espresso and filter coffee machine and much more form the ideal basis for an independent self-catering holiday. A washing machine, tumble dryer and iron ensure that you have all the necessary household appliances at your disposal. For a restful night's sleep, head to one of the three cosily furnished double rooms on the ground floor, one of which has its own bathroom.

The picturesque town of Artà has a small pedestrianised area where you can do all your daily shopping. On Tuesdays, the weekly farmers' market takes place in the town centre. Here you can find local culinary specialities and Mallorcan handicrafts. The nearest beaches are located near Cala Ratjada, Canyamel, Cala Bona, Costa de los Pinos and in the bay of Cala Millor. In Cala Ratjada you can enjoy the local nightlife, take a walk along the harbour promenade or pop in somewhere for a delicious meal. In Son Servera you will find supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants as well as the Son Servera golf course and club.

Villa Sa Tortugueta, just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Artà and in a romantic and quiet location, is a versatile property. This beautiful holiday home is surrounded by 8,000 m² of Mediterranean landscape. Cala Ratjada with its beautiful beach and harbour promenade is about 20 minutes away by car.
