Houses evoke atmospheres, each villa has its own atmosphere and character. On our first visit to the chic, trendy Villa Sauma, the house exudes an absolutely captivating feeling of relaxation and joy, which is immediately transferred from the property to us. We are therefore delighted to be able to present this friendly villa to you in detail and even offer it for rent at an absolutely sensational price.

The delicate appearance of the smoothly plastered and apricot-coloured villa conceals an all-round modern and tastefully designed living space of 240 m². The villa is surrounded by olive trees and other typical Mediterranean grasses and plants on a 20,000 m² plot. The slightly elevated terrace surrounding the house is a welcome sight. There you will find countless seating areas as well as a round, metal dining table with chairs in a similar design, with the option of shading by a canopy. We also come across a wicker lounge couch; in another area of the terrace, a seating area consisting of comfortable wooden chairs and a sofa with a thick, dark green cushion. From here you have a view of the pretty little garden pond. If it gets too warm, you can always pull out the large parasol and sit in the shade. We particularly like the two wooden rocking chairs with blue and white seat cushions. Under the olive tree there is a rustic wooden bench and a hammock for lazing around - another top feature in our opinion. If you like barbecuing, Villa Sauma has a built-in barbecue area in the covered area. The barbecue is built into the wall and there is a bar in front of it with 2 stools. So you can have a chat while barbecuing or conjure up a salad or similar together on the work surface. Regardless of whether you are travelling alone with the whole group, everyone will find their favourite cosy and relaxing spot here. The furniture is covered with pretty decorative cushions, giving it a fresh, modern and particularly inviting look. The pool together with the surrounding sun terrace, which offers plenty of space for chic aluminium loungers and parasols for shade, rounds off this charming offer for our guests.

The interior of the villa is also inviting. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure that the house is flooded with light. White walls, exposed woodwork on the ceilings, light-coloured floor tiles and eye-catching lamps emphasise the bright and modern character of the villa. The communal living room has two beautiful seating areas, which are slightly offset from each other. There is a TV area with an elegant ruby red leather sofa, which is complemented by 2 comfortable armchairs upholstered in a ruby red/white fabric with a floral pattern. The second sofa area is furnished with a light beige sofa, the red and white floral pattern is continued on the accessories and in the armchairs, creating harmony through repetition. The long dining table with a rattan look and glass table top also matches this modern living trend in the living area. 8 comfortable armchairs offer enough space for up to 8 people. A wooden swing door leads into the stylish kitchen with plenty of storage space in the white, high-gloss base units, which are covered at the top with a bold, purple-coloured worktop. The room picks up the purple colour again with the small mosaic stones on the otherwise white tiles and the purple upholstered chairs at the small white table. This emphasises the deliberately trendy living trend of the kitchen. The hallway plays with an Asian style with the small chest of drawers and the wooden armchair with a purple cushion with a rose pattern. The 3 bedrooms are very well divided and offer space for either a double bed or two single beds, as is the case in the light green room. 2 modern, brightly tiled bathrooms, with a choice of a semi-circular shower or bath with fixed shower, round off the consistently trendy and modern standard of the villa.

There are other charming little details that make this absolutely modern villa so incredibly attractive for a holiday group, not least the excellent price. No less attractive is the location in the eastern part of the island near the pretty town of Artà. Artà has the charm of a typical Mallorcan small town with special shops, a beautiful market square and excellent restaurants. Nevertheless, Artà has managed to retain its authentic charm. The area is characterised by rolling green hills. The beautiful beaches, the so-called Calas des Mallorca along the east coast, are within easy reach. Here you have the choice between easily accessible beaches that are well suited to tourists or completely secluded natural beaches that are rarely visited. With a hire car you can reach these beaches via the country road approx. 110 m from the villa in just a few kilometres, so you can also drive to a bathing spot every day, even if you have already planned your day in a different active way, e.g. with a visit to Cala Ratjada or the caves of Artà, an impressive stalactite cave. However you choose to spend your day, you will always be happy to return to the wonderfully uncomplicated, colourful and trendy Villa Sauma, whose atmosphere will quickly rub off on our holidaymakers. The trendy Villa Sauma impresses with its colourful and cheerfully chic decor, which creates a relaxed atmosphere. This spacious villa can easily accommodate 6 people at an absolutely sensational price. The villa is situated on a large plot near the pretty little town of Artà, where you will find everything you need for your daily needs and more. Just a few kilometres away are beautiful east coast beaches such as Sa Marjal or Cala Bona, so nothing stands in the way of a refreshing dip in the Mediterranean.
