This modern wooden holiday home in Dordogne is in a tranquil countryside setting near Saint Amand de Coly. The house features an air-conditioned and luminous ground floor area with a cosy sitting space, dining area, and an open kitchen equipped with essential appliances. The ground floor also includes two bedrooms, one which is furnished with bunk beds and a football table for children. Upstairs, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms and a shared shower room.

Outside, the property boasts a private heated swimming pool, children's play area with a trampoline and playhouse, multiple terraces with outdoor furniture and a plancha.

Please note the main access is through a wooden staircase with handrails and an access gate. In the winter heating is provided by a pellet stove.
