The vacation home with orchard and sunbathing lawn is located on the outskirts of Kirn. It can alternatively be rented as a whole house or as a vacation apartment for up to 3 people and a private room for 2 people. The entire garden area with orchard, as well as the barbecue area and the bicycle storage facility are available to guests for shared use. You can enjoy nature with meadows and forests just a few steps away. The Soonwaldsteig and the Vitaltour 3-Burgen-Weg run close to the house. The Hildegard von Bingen pilgrims' hiking trail and the local cycle path lead through Kirn. Shopping facilities, restaurants and the outdoor pool are within walking distance, so you can leave your car at home.

The apartment on the first floor offers 55 m² with a fully equipped fitted kitchen, shower room, bright rooms, balcony and terrace. 1 bedroom with double bed 180 x 200 cm and a sofa bed 120 x 190 cm in the living room. Parking is possible on the property or in the carport. Lockable storage space for your bicycles as well as for sports equipment, hiking or climbing equipment can be found in the cellar. A washing machine is available. Your hiking boots can be cleaned in the cellar with a brush and running water. Garden furniture is available for the terrace and balcony.
