This beautiful family villa Ladonja is located in Sveti Petar u Sumi, a very picturesque village in central Istria. The charming villa is surrounded by the greenery of rural Istria, where you can definitely spend a relaxing holiday in Istria with your family and still be close to all tourist destinations. This fully fenced villa has a pool where you can swim and refresh yourself on hot summer days. You can sunbathe on the deckchairs and enjoy the sun's rays. If you want to prepare an outdoor lunch for your family, there is a barbecue, a terrace and a covered dining area at your disposal. Upon entering the villa, on the ground floor there is a fully equipped and modern kitchen with everything you need to cook a variety of delicacies, a dining area and a living room. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Villa Ladonja has WiFi and a private car park for two cars. Istria and its cycle paths are ideal for cycling. The road connections are excellent. The motorway takes you to Pula or Trieste airports.
