The house has a Morroccan corner which will be prepared only upon client’s request. The house is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility, because there is a stairway access to the property. 2-family house "Antequera". Outside the resort, 7 km from the centre of Santa Cruz, 800 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: with 850 m2, lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool kidney shaped (11 x 5 m, depth 1 - depth 60 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Arbour, barbecue. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 300 m, shopping centre 1 km, restaurant 300 m, sandy beach "Playa La Nea", public bathing area 800 m. Sports harbour 800 m, riding stable 12 km, children's playground 800 m. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4), sitting area. Panoramic view of the sea.     “A wonderful apartment with good facilities and amazing views down the coast to Candelaria. Apartment was clean and well presented, owners (who live in the same complex) were extremely friendly and accommodating. Very convenient for a small supermarket/shopping complex. Easy access to a small black-sand beach (La Nea), although we used the car as it's a steep walk back. Good beds, well appointed kitchen (with 2 hobs and combi microwave/grill, but good size fridge/freezer and plenty of cutlery/crockery/coffee machine/toaster etc). Ideal apartment for couple with a small child (baby bath, childrens cutlery, paddling pool). Owners provided all linen including beach towels, despite TUI advising that none would be supplied.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderschön auf einem Hang gelegen, von der Terasse hat man einen grandiosen Blick auf das Meer. Auch der Garten mit Pool ist schön angelegt und sieht sogar noch besser aus als auf den Fotos auf der Website. Die Küche ist mit kleinem Herd und großem Külschrank gut ausgestattet, auch an Küchenausstattung mangelt es nicht. Das Bad wirkt recht neu und ist sehr sauber, genauso wie die Wohnung im Allgemeinen. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr nett und unkompliziert, die kleine Tochter der Vermieter spricht sehr gut Deutsch, was die Kommunikation für nicht-spanischsprechende Urlauber sehr erleichtert. Alles in allem sehr weiterzuempfehlen.”

    “Eine tolle Wohnung, alles notwendige vorhanden, herrliche Lage, Blick auf das Meer, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar, für alles andere ist eine Auto von Vorteil. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Santa Cruz.”
