The Sea Villas consist of numerous semi-detached, multi-family or terraced villas with a communal pool (shared with other apartments). The Sea Villas is a complex of villas arranged on a hilltop with breathtaking sea views. It is located in the Country Paradise complex in Punta su Torrione, a few kilometers from Stintino.Due to the location, a car is recommended. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a carport.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from mid May to mid October, 8 m x 4 m, depth 1.40 m). Those who book villas with swimming pools are asked to sign a declaration together with the collection of the keys, emphasizing that the use of these environments is under their own responsibility, since they are private pools, for which the presence of lifeguards is required necessary.

allowed, EUR 30.00/pet per stay.

Living/bedroom with 2 additional beds on couch/sofa, TV, dining area (6 seats) and access to the terrace. Cooking nook in the living & bedroom with dining area (6 seats), gas stove (4 flames), oven, extractor hood, fridge (icebox), coffee machine, toaster, access to the balcony and 50 € per stay will be charged for waste disposal NOT carried out. Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet.
