Djursland is a peninsula in the east of Jutland and a very popular vacation area. It is not far to the idyllic town of Ebeltoft, where you can also visit the frigate Jylland, the glass museum and especially the narrow, cozy cobbled streets with inviting stores, cafes and restaurant. The surrounding area is wooded and varied - perfect for hiking and cycling in the beautiful nature. It is not far to the lake Stubbe Sø with many bird species and the large animal park Ree Park Safari can be easily reached by car from the house.
