The house is located on a hilly terrain in the hamlet of Old Jesenice.

All three floors are separated and connected by outdoor stairs, with the entrance to the beautifully and modernly furnished accommodation is directly from the street, while you climb the stairs to the terrace with prefabricated pool and jacuzzi, where you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding area. There is also a large entertainment room, bowling alley along with a pool table, dart board, table football table as well as a barbecue.

The road to the beach (800 m) is steep and leads through a winding road. Visit the historic old town of Split, which is under UNESCO protection, which delights with numerous monuments. In the city you will find the facilities and entertainment for all ages.
