Our lovely holiday house Tirol in Umhausen combines both history and precious moments among family and friends. Built in 1965 and renovated with love to the detail, we have created a little gem amidst the unique Alpine landscape. Discover a unique holiday paradise in summer and winter alike. Our house is rated with 4 Edelweiß and makes a great holiday base in Umhausen at only 5 walking minutes from the following attractions: Birds of Prey Park, Stuiben Falls, swimming lake, restaurants, village center, etc.

The garden features a comfy seating lounge, BBQ facilities (charcoal or gas grill on request) and a small playground with trampoline (available from March onwards - weather permitting).

The newly renovated, modernly equipped Ferienhaus Tirol has 4 floors covering about 300 m² for up to 18 persons.

Eight bedrooms (6 double rooms and 2 triple rooms) and five bathrooms.

3 double rooms (one is a triple room) are located on the lower floor, 1 double room on the ground floor, three double rooms (one is a triple room) on the 1st floor and  1 double room (with French-size bed) on the 2nd floor.

Ground floor: large living area and dining area with fully equipped kitchen, open fireplace in the living room plus homey bench and seating corner and ample dining area for up to 18 persons.

2nd floor: another living area with tiled stove and homey bench; great view of the Ötztal mountain world!

Garden with homey seating lounge, grill and playground with trampoline. Skiboot-dryer available in the garage.

Exclusively for children: The ‘Erlebnisstodl’ - adventure.experience.realm. is a creative room for handicrafts and painting, a gymnastics world with bouldering area and a play room with Playmobil and Lego (for children from 0 - 8 years). In the lower area there is a small indoor area for gymnastics, playing football or a game of table tennis. The area is a 2-minute walk away and must be booked in advance (EUR 12.00 per family/use).
