We are great nature lovers but also like to be pampered. This philosophy of life is also reflected in our biochalet. With a lot of love and individual design, we have designed our apartments and are happy to have created an oasis of relaxation for all those looking for peace. The organic house, built between 1978 and 1980, is one of the first alpine chalets of its kind.
Our large garden offers enough space to enjoy the end of the day in nature.
We do not offer flat-rate holiday offers or fixed-booking packages. No queuing at the breakfast buffet, no holiday stress. Rest and relaxation is what we want our guests to do. If you prefer breakfast in your pajamas, you can put a breakfast basket in front of the apartment at the desired time.
The Römertherme is 500m away and the valley station of the Kaiserburgbahn.
After a nice day of skiing or a long hike in the Unesco biosphere park Nock Mountains, a relaxing evening in front of the open fireplace is just the right thing to end the day.

Apartment East
An exceptionally cosy apartment with direct garden access awaits you on 60m2. For enjoying your vacation properly, there are two separate bathrooms, which are designed with many individual ideas. For a good night's sleep there is a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious cabinet, as well as a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room to pull out. Of course, enough space for your clothes are available here. The kitchen offers everything you need to cook an evening or have breakfast. The kitchen equipment includes a stove with two ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and enough dishes. To end the day, the dining area in the living room invites you.

From the living room there is a direct access to the garden via the terrace.
