Incredible penthouse located in the urban center of Alhaurín el Grande. It is ideal for teleworking or for spending a vacation without missing any details.

The equipment offered by this accommodation is of a high standard, a private pool, gym, high-speed internet connection and all the necessary equipment to make your leisure or work days the best.

Located on the third floor, you will love the mountain views, you will have a panoramic view of the entire region. The terrace surrounds the entire perimeter of the accommodation, with access to it from the bedrooms, living room and bathroom.

The beautiful space dedicated to the pool stands out. Accessed through it through a safe spiral staircase and closed with security keys so that the little ones in the house do not have access to it if you do not want it. In this space, you will have hammocks, an umbrella, and a refrigerator so you don't have to go down to the kitchen to get a chilled drink. It has a solar shower and the pool water has a closed circuit to heat the water. The water temperature is regulated naturally, since the circuit is integrated using natural solar heaters. At night the lighting of the pool, as you will see in the photos, will not leave you indifferent, creating an intimate atmosphere. Please note that he will be gone once a week for pool maintenance work.

The perimeter of the house is made up of a large terrace, with security measures so that there is no danger to the little ones in the house. You will have outdoor furniture next to the charcoal and gas barbecue, this area has awnings that you can retract or extend to enjoy the Sun or cover yourself from it.

The terrace is extensive and wide so that the little ones can play without problems, enjoying the accessories and toys offered by the host of the accommodation, bicycles for the little ones and different games that will keep the children entertained while you have a wine or a tea enjoying the sun and the views.

Next to the living room or surrounding the terrace is another covered area where you can enjoy family lunches, it is a very comfortable and pleasant area, and you can keep the children under control while they use the swing.

We complete the outdoor area of ​​this great accommodation with a complete gym where you can start or end the day with the exercise you so need. Even so, thanks to the location of the accommodation you can enjoy great paths in the countryside or be located in a few minutes on the beach (about 20 minutes by car).

The interior of the accommodation has a very comfortable and pleasant layout, providing three wonderful bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and the third with two single beds. They all have wardrobes or built-in wardrobes to store your luggage comfortably and tidily. The single bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bathroom also has direct access from the outside, but can be closed from the inside to maintain the privacy of the room. All rooms have access to the terrace in their different orientations.

In addition to the en-suite bathroom in the room with single beds, it also has another complete bathroom with a shower.

The common areas where you can have lunch with the family are spacious and have a large Smart TV, which, accompanied by the comfortable sofa, you can enjoy your favorite movie or series.

Next to the dining room, you will have access to a large kitchen that has everything you need so you can prepare your lunches without any problems.
