A modern and lovingly furnished holiday flat awaits you here. From the large covered south-facing balcony (16 m2, with dining table and deckchairs) you can enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view of the picturesque village of "Scuol-Sot" and the Lower Engadine mountains.

This holiday flat is very centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the shops, restaurants and the Bogn Engiadina mineral baths. The connection to the local bus, which takes you directly to the Motta Naluns mountain railway, is also just a few minutes' walk away.

The Chasa Miramunt 4 holiday flat has a large living room with a glazed south-facing front. State-of-the-art kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven, rain shower/WC/sink, electric sun blinds in all rooms, Nespresso coffee machine, free WLAN and much more.

There is a storage room for skis and other winter and summer sports equipment.

The prices include :

    “Wir fahren schon über 30 Jahren in den Alpen und dieser Urlaub mit dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung in dieser wunderschönen Natur gehört zur Topp 3 aller Ferienwohnungen! Können wir nur weiter empfehlen. Positiv: Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zu Details komplett ausgerüstet, sehr sauber, zentral gelegen und die Aussicht von draussen und drinnen ist unübertroffen, sowohl tagsüber als abends. Der Autoabstellplatz in der Tiefgarage hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, mit dem Aufzug sehr leicht zu erreichen. Negativ: Man ist etwas abhängig vom sporadischen Lärm der Nachbarn und der Strasse, vor allem auf dem Balkon. Restaurant: Büvetta Sfondraz - Wunderschön am Inn gelegen mit sehr gutem Kaffee und angenehm gemütliche Atmosphäre. Einen schönen kleinen Spaziergang am Inn entlang wert! Ausflüge: Fahrradtour Richtung St. Moritz entlang der Inn und Richtung S-Charl! - Schöne Fahrradtour entlang der Inn.”

    “Sehr zentral gelegene, moderne und bestens ausgestattete Wohnung in neuem Mehrfamilienhaus. Alle Fenster auf die ruhige Seite mit grossem Balkon und wunderbarer Sicht auf den alten Dorfteil von Scuol und in die Berge. Sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Positiv: Aussicht, Grosszügigkeit, zentrale Lage Negativ: Die Wohnung wirkt insgesamt relativ nüchtern. Es fehlt etwas die alpine Gemütlichkeit”
