LARGE APARTMENT conveniently located to the beach and the main services of Cala Gonone; located on the ground floor and furnished in an essential way, it consists of living area, kitchen, double bedroom, triple bedroom, hallway with bunk bed with the possibility of creating an additional double bed, bathroom and a large veranda furnished with table and chairs where you can eat outdoors and spend pleasant moments of relaxation; easy free parking near the house. Present TV, washing machine, oven, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.Given its location in Cala Gonone, the house is ideal for a stay of tranquility and peace close to the sea; as it is also an excellent starting point for diving into the wonderful waters of the beaches of the Gulf of Orosei, Osalla and Cala Cartoe for example, as well as for hiking or climbing in the wild hinterland.For even larger groups, there is a second apartment adjacent to it that can comfortably accommodate another ten people.Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price. Kitchenette and dishes to be left tidy and clean; otherwise a supplement of € 50.00 will be applied. Linen rental upon notice: € 20.00 per person. Small pets: always on request, € 50.00 per week. Ability to smoke only in outdoor areas. Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 21.00): € 50.00; late check out (after 10.00): charge for an additional night's stay. Tourist tax to be paid locally in cash according to the rules of the Municipality. Security deposit: € 200.00.
