Beautiful Holiday Apartment in Maslenica with Private Parking and Beautiful View

With a size of the apartment which is 77m-square, there is plenty of space for 4 persons. Apartmens have 2 bedrooms (one with 2-person bed and another room is with 2 single beds). They have a bathroom which has a sink, shower, toilet and other accessories. Also there is a big kitchen which is good equipped with all the things you need (also it has a big fridge with freezer). In the same room is dining room with a big table. There is also a living room which has a couch, and there is a TV and a small table. For relaxing and having dinner there is a spacious 24m-square balcony with a beautiful view on sea and with another table, of course every balcony is well-protected from the sun. Every apartment has a powerfull and quiet cooling system so you can sleep or spend you afternoon in a cooled and quiet place. Olive House apartmens are located in Maslenica, Croatia, 80km from Pag (where is well-known Zrće beach), 20km from Zadar, 15km from Starigrad (where is National park Paklenica), 100km from Plitvica lakes (people go there often). Maslenica is a small town near sea. Here you can spend peacefull and comfortable vacation away from crowded places but still close enough to visit them. It is surrounded by crystal clear sea which is 5 minutes away with a car but it is not in the “pleasant” walking distance due to the hills. If you like hiking or bicycling, there is National park Paklenica just 15 minutes away with car. National park Paklenica has over 150-200km of routes. Also there are many familiar caves like Manita cave. In conclusion; our apartments are affordable for mid-sized families that want to take a vacation and are coming with a car and want to explore around a bit.

Other kitchen equipment : It is a small kitchen. Not to be used for cooking big meals. But you have everything needed to cook a meal. In the same room there is a dining table and an another access to the balcony (because the other one is from the living room).

Surrounding 1
Excursion possibilities : You can go to Zadar and from there you can visit any island (Long island, Kornati, Pag...). The nearest island is island Pag where famouse Zrće beach is. You can also go on excursion to Zrmanja river where is filmed the movie Winnetou.
Location description : Our house is a bit on the hill. So to go to the beach we recommend using the car (but it is really close). If you want ro go to a restaurant there are a few in the town, located near the main beach. The nearest market is close, a few minutes with a car. There are many beaches to explore so every day you can visit another one. If you would like to go climbing or hiking, Starigrad Paklenica canyon is 15 min away.
Other leisure facilities : Cafe, restaurant. 15km from apartment is diving centar Pandive, mini golf, national park Paklenica for climbing and biking.

    “Vorneweg möchte ich erwähnen, dass die Vermieterin bzw Verwalterin der Wohnung eine herzensgute, freundliche und über aus hilfsbereite Frau ist.
    Alle Kleinigkeiten, die wir zu Beginn oder im Verlauf unseres Urlaubs zu klären hatten, ließen sich klären.

    Der Ausblick der Ferienwohnung und die Lage sind wirklich super, der Blick auf das Wasser ist schlicht unbezahlbar und wunderschön!
    Die Ferienwohnung an sich ist leider schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Fotos sind sicherlich aus Zeiten, als die Wohnung noch sehr neu eingerichtet war.
    Von den mit Kunstleder bezogenen Stühlen in der Küche blätterte jeden Tag der Bezug ab, einzelne Küchenschränke hatten kleine Schäden am Furnier, im Kühlschrank war in der Tür eines der großen Fächer herausgebrochen somit für Saft und Milchbehälter o.ä. nicht nutzbar.
    An einem Messer fehlte die Hälfte des Griffes an einer Kaffeetasse der halbe Griff...

    Die Eckcouch im Wohnzimmer ist inzwischen ganz offensichtlich einer Zweisitzer Couch gewichen. Das Fenster
    im Wohnzimmer wurde zugemauert, so dass es nur noch die Balkontür gibt...
    Die Bezüge der Terrassenmöbel müssten dringend gewaschen werden da sie voller Flecken und insgesamt einfach schmutzig waren...

    Ansonsten war die Wohnung funktional und erfüllte ihren Zweck, da wir bei dem schönen Wetter sowieso meistens draußen waren.

    Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, trotz aller erwähnten kleineren Mängel...
    Kleinere Reparaturarbeiten und Neuanschaffungen würden der Wohnung sicherlich wieder zu altem Glanz verhelfen.??”
