Fantastic Penthouse apartment with 2 terraces

Welcome to our apartment "Retro Mint". This 66 square meter apartment is located on the 3rd floor with two fantastic sun terraces. There is a 32 inch TV, air conditioning (with heating function for the winter) in each room, two bathrooms (one with bathtub, the other with shower), a separate kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The apartment has been newly renovated and newly furnished. Equipped with everything you need for your stay: bed linen, towels, tea towels, cutlery, crockery and much more.

 

This magnificent two bedroom apartment will surprise you with its superb location. The apartment is located in a quiet side street and the beach is only about 400 meters away! The eternally long and beautiful promenade of Roquetas de Mar with fitness equipment and climbing frames is not far away and invites you to take long walks. The promenade is also equipped with a fantastic bicycle path, in both directions.

 

Within walking distance you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, souvenir shops, bike rentals, a medical center, a hairdresser and a beautician, a pharmacy, playgrounds, etc. Even the bus stop is just a few steps away. An English speaking dentist can also be found in the immediate vicinity.

 

The apartment is located in the complex Las Cigüeñas with a beautiful pool which you can of course use (at your own risk). Free indoor parking if there’s spaces available.

 

The apartment is ideal for families. There is a 135x200 bed in the master bedroom with its own bathroom, two 90x200 single beds (these can of course be pushed together on request) and in addition, the couch can be converted into another bed (144x200) to accommodate a total of six people.

 

Check-in is possible from 16:00. Please check out before 12:00.

 

* The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and can be reached by stairs. Please note that there is no elevator.

 

Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

 

If a children's travel cot and / or high chair is needed, these items can be booked additionally.

 

The hosts live in the area and are happy to provide information if there are any questions about the accommodation or the surrounding area. If something is missing in the apartment or a problem occurs, you can always contact us. The host speaks German, English and Spanish.

 

- Please keep the apartment in perfect condition during your stay.

- A responsible and rational use of electricity is required. For example: When you turn on the air conditioning, make sure that all windows and doors are closed. Turn off the air conditioning as soon as you leave the apartment. Turn off the light as soon as you leave the apartment.

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

- Notify the host as soon as possible should there be mishaps, damages or accidents in the apartment.

- Please consider the neighbours. Do not cause unnecessary noise from 23:30.

- Please do not celebrate parties in the apartment and on the terrace.

- The pool area is closed from Mid-September to Mid-June.

 

The apartment is located in the Buenavista area, close to the hotels Zoraida Garden and Zoraida Park.

The fishing port and Santa Ana Castle are about 1.5 km away.

The golf course is about 3.5 km away.

The shopping center Gran Plaza is about 4 km away.

The aquarium and the water park are about 7 km away.

The bus stop towards Las Marinas is located just off the main avenue (Avenida Sabinal), just a few steps from the apartment, and the bus stop towards Almería is three blocks down to the beach.

The mild climate in the Gulf of Almería also invites you to spend the winter. Therefore, Roquetas de Mar is not only an ideal destination in summer, but also magical in other seasons.
