This beautiful, spacious holiday home with private pool is situated in a quiet location near the town of Labin.

You will find refreshment on warm summer days in your lovely outdoor pool. On the terrace, you can sit back with your favourite book or prepare your favourite dishes on the barbecue. There are also play areas for children in the garden. Only the ground floor is rented out, while the upper floor is not rented out and not inhabited.

The holiday home is located near the town of Rabac, which is rich in beautiful pebble beaches and crystal clear sea, and will surely provide you with a pleasant and relaxing holiday. During your stay, be sure to visit the historic centre of the old town of Labin, where many cultural events take place in the summer, and Rabac a wonderful tourist place on the east coast of Istria, where you can take a boat trip. This destination is ideal for exploring other attractive Istrian towns and villages.
