The house has 2 tastefully decorated living-dining rooms with air conditioners and satellite TV. Thanks to the large window fronts, everything is bright and friendly. In the modern and well-equipped kitchen, which also has air conditioning, it is definitely a pleasure to cook and spoil the family with a good meal.
You can make yourself comfortable on the furnished terrace and even enjoy a fantastic sea view. After sunbathing, you can cool off in the private pool and children can play on the lawn.

The fine white sand is a dream and bathing is a pleasure. In front of the house there are picnic benches under the trees, where you can sit and eat by the sea.

The historic centers of Pollensa and Alcúdia are definitely worth visiting, as well as exploring Cap Formentor, which is also possible by boat from the sea side.
