Very nice vacation home in Mont Dol, 3km from the beach. You will appreciate the welcoming and friendly interior with quality furniture and decorations. The landscaped garden of 500m² with swing will delight you! Located at the end of a dead-end street, it is the ideal place for a quiet stay. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy beautiful walks and discoveries, starting with Dol de Bretagne, a charming little medieval town (7km), or the Château du Rocher with a beautiful panorama up to Mont St Michel. Also visit Cancale and the Pointe du Groin. If you are looking for a quiet vacation home, but well suited for excursions, this is the right choice for you! In the annex is a laundry room which is shared by owner and tenants.
