Nice apartment on the first floor of a two family house (on the ground floor ITA206). The apartment has a private entrance (only 2 steps) from the small private and equipped garden with panoramic views and a bricked barbecue. There is one other two-family house within the grounds (just 10m away- ITA204/7). You are sure to enjoy the well maintained pool area and playground for children (shared with ITA204/6/7). There is also wine, olive oil and local specialties available on site. The property is just 2km San Giustino Valdarno with all kind of shops and it is in an ideal starting point for excursions to the renowned Chianti region (30 km).
