Lovely holiday villa near the sea where you can enjoy pleasure, well-being and tranquility in an idyllic setting very close to the protected natural area of the Es Trenc beach and Es Salobrar de Campos.

It has 6 cosy and well-equipped rooms with clear views and is equipped with those amenities that will allow our guests to enjoy maximum comfort. 3 of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the next 3 have a separate bathroom but in front of the room, across the corridor.
It has a beautiful living room with sofas, TV and fireplace for your relaxation. The independent ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

In the Garden you will have a beautiful pool, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace and barbecue.

Can Riera is located just 3 km from Es Trenc, one of Mallorca's most famous beaches for its dazzling sandy stretches and crystal clear waters. In just under 4 km, this beach in the municipality of Campos is classified as a protected natural area, so on its virgin coast you will only find a few beach services and, curiously, several post-war bunkers. The sandy beach also has a nudist area. A little further inland, there is an expanse of low forest and scrubland, which soon leads to extensive pine forests.

The name Trenc comes from trencar or break, and apparently refers to the channel that breaks the coastline, draining the flow of the inland lagoons. The quality of the water, the tranquility and the expanse of the sandy beach make Es Trenc one of the best options for bathing in Mallorca.

*If energy consumption is excessive (more than 20L of diesel/day) a surcharge for excessive energy use will be requested.

Rules:

-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, if the rule is not complied with, a penalty will be imposed.

-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa.

-Guests will be obliged to take care of the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the established containers or collection points before the end of their stay.

-Air conditioning and heating should be used responsibly, turning them off when not inside the villa

ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or disturbing behaviour by any person in your group, the owner has the right to evict the customer and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without refunding the amount already paid for the reservation, and also keeping the deposit.

Booking Conditions:

- Visitors must pay a deposit of 1000.00 Euros (by bank transfer) before arrival, which will be refunded on departure.

- Tourist Tax: 2.2€/adult/night to be paid in cash on arrival.

"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, as it does not have any common areas.
