This exclusive holiday villa is positioned on a sunny hill in the western part of Istria, surrounded by wild forest and nature, so it's a perfect for exploration. It is an area between the river Mirna in the north and the Lim canal in the south.

If you want to enjoy a serene holiday in a private home, where wild birds wake you up each morning, stay at this holiday villa. Relax and enjoy around your private 24 sqm (7.5m x 3.7 m) swimming pool. The fully enclosed garden also offers a barbecue grill and outdoor dining area with deckchairs and garden furniture.

From the house you can enjoy perfect sea views and on a nice, clear day you can even see all the way to the Alps.

The villa boasts a living area of 220 m² and can accommodate up to ten persons in five bedrooms.

You'll enjoy a deep sleep or an afternoon nap in one of the three double bedrooms situated on the ground floor, two of which have their own en-suite bathroom with a shower, plus one bathroom that comes equipped with a washing machine.

Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms and an entertainment area with a flat screen TV and gaming consoles: Ps3 and Wii.

Downstairs is a perfect oasis for lounging and delicious meals: and open plan living area with an open fireplace and flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area.

    “Gute Lage, nur ca.15 Minuten zum Strand, sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter, die sich sofort um alle Belange und Wünsche kümmerten bzw.schon vorab Kontakt aufnahmen und nach 'Sonderwünschen', wie z.B. Babybett fragten.
    Das Haus ist traumhaft, sehr neu und entspricht den Fotos.
    Das Haus ist großzügig, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet (Backuntensilien, Grillbesteck, Außenküche, Dart, Billard, Musikanlage,...).
    Pool und Garten sind ebenfalls sehr gepflegt.
    Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren!!”
