This Apartment is located on the ground floor and offers a double bedroom, an open plan living room with a comfy sofa bed, a dining nook and kitchen appliances, as well as a bathroom with a shower on 40 m². The bedroom is furnished with two 90 x 200 cm single beds, which can be combined to a double bed. There is also a wardrobe with a tall mirror and a safe. A child's cot is available upon request. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (150 x 200 cm). For your evening entertainment, there is a flat screen satellite TV, a CD player, a radio and a radio, as well as board games. The dining table lets you enjoy meals together. The newly renovated kitchen is fully loaded, including a dishwasher, a stove and an oven. There is also a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave and some dishes. The bathroom boasts a shower, a toilet, a towel drying rack, a hair dryer and a sink.

The private patio (45 m²) is furnished with outdoor furniture, a sun shade and a clothes line. The community area offers a pool, a kiddie pool, a table foosball, a ping pong table, a hammock, a community barbecue and more.

    “Ruhig, super zentral & sehr liebevoll eingerichtet! Tolle FeWo in einer Villa mit nur 4 WE, Mega Pool, abgeschlossene Parkplätze für jede Wohnung, nur 5 min zu Fuß zum Zentrum!
    Die Wohnung war mit knapp 140 qm, 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern einfach toll zum entspannen für die ganze Familie. Große Küche, wirklich alles da - viel Besteck und Geschrirr - sogar 2 Geschirrspüler und 2 Kühlschränke! Manuela ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, ihr fühlt euch von der ersten Sekunde wohl.
    Die Nähe zu Palma ist super!”
