Holiday Apartment in Murter with Terrace and Barbecue

The location
of the house is wonderful for a relaxing holiday in one of the most beatiful regions of the Croatian seaside. The village itself is nice, you are just a stroll away from all the restaurants, bars, stores, bakeries and the market filled with local produce. The pebbled beach is 400 m away, which is a great option for families with smaller children. The island has several exceptional beaches which are famous for their beauty, and they are all within the driving distance of 5 to 10 minutes. You can also rent a boat or an excursion to the nearby Kornati national park, which is an archipelago of 170 mostly uninhabited small islands, surrounded by the clearest, bluest sea you can imagine!Spacious holiday apartment on the upper floor, spread over two floors and with a traditional stone grill on the private roof terrace.

The generous 110m² holiday apartment (72m² indoor space plus 38m² roof terrace) is on the upper floor of the two-storey stone house and consists of a living and dining room flooded with daylight and with an integrated open kitchen, two bedrooms and a modern daylight bathroom. On the lower level there is the living room provides a spacious corner sofa suite, a wide flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, a stereo system and a dining corner with a bench and a dining table with chairs. The white glossy built-in kitchen next to it is equipped with a four-zone electric hob, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster and ample crockery and cutlery. Wide stairs lead to the upper floor with the bedrooms and bathroom. Of the two bedrooms, one is furnished with a double bed (200 x 200cm) and the other with a bunk bed (each 90 x 200cm) and an additional double bed (160 x 200cm). The sofa in the living room can be converted into a further double bed (140 x 200cm). The daylight bathroom with light tiles is fitted with a modern shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror and a toilet, as well as a washing machine. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.

The living room opens onto the private roof terrace, where you can make yourselves comfortable around the traditional stone grill and enjoy leisurely meals outdoors, or sunbathe in absolute privacy.

If you do not wish to go on holiday without your pet then it is also welcome on request.

Murter is the largest settlement on the island of the same name, which has the greatest number of islands in its archipelago (over 170), with a large number of sandy beaches along its coastline (Čigrađa, Slanica, Podvrške…), as well as numerous interesting destinations in its vicinity (the national parks: Kornati, Paklenica, and Krka; the nature parks of Telašćica and Vransko Lake; the cities of Zadar, Šibenik, and Split).
Specialized restaurants and inns offer a wealth of gastronomic specialities. The remains of Roman buildings, as well as the remains of the antic settlement Colentum, can be found at the foot of the Gradine elevation, in the Hramina cove and elsewhere.

    “Sehr saubere, gut und wertig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, an der einem an nichts fehlt.
    Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Man ist in weigen Minuten an Retaurants, Geschäften, Bar, Strand und Hafen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht.
    Ein absolut empfehlensertes Appartment, das wir jederzeit wieder gerne buchen würden.”

    “Gute Ausstattung, sauber, zentrale Lage, in zwei Minuten ist man im Ortszetrum, super netter Vermieter. Ein kleines Manko für Kaffeejunkies: Es gibt leider keine Kaffeemaschine, aber das ist auch schon der einzige Minuspunkt.”
