Top floor apartment with balcony and city views.

This 7th floor 2 bedroomed apartment has a long balcony across the whole front. The bedrooms and living room have access out on to it. In the summer its a great place to take an early evening drink watching the sun set.
The Metro stop Nou d´octubre is just out side the front door so arriving from the airport is easy and cheap. Also this line takes you to the city centre in 5 minutes (3 stops) and directly to the railway station. Further on you will reach he beaches. The location is fantastic. Also there are bus stops just a stones throw away to get to The city of the arts and sciences.
The Biopark, Museum of Valencia, Turia and Parque de Cabecera are all in walking distance.
There bars, restaurants, cafes and shops all nearby.

The main bedroom and living room has air conditioning. It is completly set up as a home so you will find everything you need to pass a fantastic stay here in Valencia.

There is a balcony which runs the whole length of the apartment. Access from all the rooms. There is garden furniture to sit out and enjoy a glass of wine watching the sun set.

    “Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen, sie ist sauber, schön eingerichtet und die Lage ist auch gut. Die Metro ist nur 2 Min. entfernt man kommt in 15 Min in die Altstadt und 20 Min zum Strand. Ein Supermarkt ist auch ca. 500 Meter entfernt, auf dem Weg dorthin ist auch eine Eisdiele ;)
    Der Vermieter und die Schlüsselübergeberin sind sehr nett.”
