The cottage is located just a stone's throw from the center of La Roche-en-Ardenne, where you can enjoy the beautiful nature on the wooded hill. The house with modern equipment and technology is a new construction, combining traditional materials with stone. Special attention has been paid to space and comfort. From the house you can wonderfully walk or mountain bike through the hills of the Ardennes. In La Roche there is something going on almost all year round. Very nice is a visit to the castle, which is still haunted by the ghost of Berthe. Or what about a canoe trip on the Ourthe? There are also many restaurants and cafes, sometimes located directly on the Ourthe. Durbuy, the smallest town in the world and the grottoes of Hotton are less than half an hour's drive away. In winter there is the possibility of cross-country skiing nearby, and in the ski resort Baraque de Fraiture, there are downhill skiing, snowmobiling and sledding. Your cottage is truly a dream, starting on the first floor with the hyper-modern designer kitchen, through the dining area and the cozy living area with fireplace. On the second floor there are four bedrooms, each with its own luxurious bathroom. On the balcony, which adjoins the living room, you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine already in spring. In the spacious garden with garden furniture it is wonderful to switch off and relax from everyday life. A hedge at least 120 cm high surrounds the property. In the vacation home you will spend a relaxing vacation in an upscale ambience.
