The pool in the middle of an olive grove is as hidden as this house, which is not easy to find even for those who know these places well. From the upper floor of the accommodation you can enjoy a wide view. On one side as far as Pisa, and when the sky is clear, you can even see the cathedral with the Pisan mountains in the background; on the other side the Pisan hills where a remarkable wine is produced. In less than 15 km you reach the center of Pisa with its splendid Piazza dei Miracoli, the Lungarno and the central streets for shopping walks. The Etruscan coast can be reached in less than half an hour by car, from the beaches of Tirrenia to the Livorno cliff the choice is wide. On site, on request, you can organize guided tastings of local wines with sommelier. It is also possible to rent bikes (home delivery) and participate in organized tours. Do you want to spend an unforgettable day on the Dolce Vita style? Take a ride on a Vespa on the surrounding hills, you can rent them daily or weekly, visit the Piaggio museum in Pontedera (18 km).     “Ausstattung des Hauses mit Geschirr, Töpfen, Gläsern und sonstigen Geräten gut. Jedoch ließ die Sauberkeit des Objektes sehr zu wünschen übrig. Bäder und Küche waren oberflächlich okay. Treppen, und Schlafzimmer nicht akzeptabel. Schränke nicht nutzbar wegen Geruch. Überhaupt roch das ganze Haus trotz dauerhaftem Lüften sehr muffig. Sehr schön ist die Terrasse mit Grill.     “Lage fantastisch ruhig und naturbelassen. Ausstattung gut, besonders Küche, Betten sollten ersetzt werden und sanitäre Anlagen könnten eine Modernisierung vertragen. Pool ist prima. Einweisung zum Pool und eine Aufklärung zu den Nebenkosten ist nötig.”

    “Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung (ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck und Küchengeräte vorhanden). Warmes Wasser kam in einem der 3 Bäder nur sporadisch.Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr abgeschieden dafür mit traumhaftem Blick über das Umland und nicht von der Straße einsehbar. Um einige Highlights zu nennen, der sehr schöne Pool, die Frühstücksterrasse und die Grillstelle.
    Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt.”
