This spacious, 170 m² holiday home is located in the picturesque town of Faja de Baixo on the island of Sao Miguel. Sao Miguel is also called "the green island", as it offers stunning mountain ranges, thick forests and clear blue lakes.
The two storey holiday home, built in 2005, offers all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. It boasts a bright living room with an open plan, fully loaded kitchen, three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The ground floor houses the open plan kitchen, equipped with a four burner gas stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a washing machine and a coffee maker. The elegant breakfast bar with four bars tools lets you enjoy your breakfast. There are also three bedrooms, each furnished with a 140 x 200 cm double bed, the first bathroom with a shower tub, a sink and a mirror, a bidet and a toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find the living room with two comfy sofas, two armchairs and a television. The kids will enjoy the ping pong table. The living room sofa beds can accommodate two additional guests. The second bathroom is located in a building adjacent to the main house and offers a shower, a sink, a mirror, a bidet and a toilet. A child's cot and high chair are available. Towels, bedding and Wi-Fi are included in the rental price.
The private, covered patio houses the outdoor kitchen and the traditional stone grill. Secure car parking is available just in front of the house.
It is 4 km to the long sandy beach. It is 2.5 km to the town centre of Ponta Delgada, the lively capitol of the Azores, where you will find sights, colourful markets, numerous restaurants and a lively nightlife. Shopping and restaurants can be found in Faja de Baixo, about 300 m from the property.
