This modern, well maintained home is situated in a peaceful and naturally beautiful location close to Lake Torserydssjön. The home is bright and spacious and looks out onto a large lawn area. The lake is suitable for swimming and fishing. The sandy beaches of Halmstad are also not too far away.

You can rent an electric motor boat from the owner, however gas engines are not allowed. Property 1023966 is approximately 60m away.

    “Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung. Die Untergeschosswohnung eignet sich nicht wirklich für eine Vermietung als Wohnung, da es nur ein Fenster gibt. Der Schlafraum mit drei Betten ist nicht zu belüften, es ist dunkel (Glasbausteine als Lichtquelle) und riecht leicht muffig.
    Das Obergeschoss ist sehr schön, besonders der Wintergarten hat uns gut gefallen. Leider gab es aber auch hier einen Kritikpunkt. Das Haus war in keinem guten Zustand bezüglich Sauberkeit. Überall lag eine Staubschicht, die Schränke waren z.T. gefüllt mit alten Lebensmitteln und Gewürzen.”
