Casa Zia Maria ist ein komplett neues Haus, im März 2016 abgeschlossen. Das Haus befindet sich in der Via Trieste eine der Hauptstraßen von Cabras in einer ruhigen Gegend. Es ist im Erdgeschoss, sondern besteht aus zwei Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss der Wohnbereich mit Küche, Bad mit kleiner Badewanne und beleuchteten und gepflasterten Innenhof mit Stöcken und pvc Veranda, Grill, Trinkbrunnen, Dusche (warm + kalt) Waschmaschine. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich der Schlafbereich mit 1 Doppelschlafzimmer mit kleinem Balkon und 1 kleines Schlafzimmer mit 2 Etagenbetten (80x190) und kleinem Bad mit Dusche. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet: Fünf-Flammen-Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Klimaanlage (Extrakosten je nach Verbrauch), Toaster, Haartrockner, 32" TV, 80-Liter-Wasserboiler.
