Spacious holiday flat Haus Fless

The Fless apartment block is located in the sunny, quiet residential neighbourhood of "Gäuggeli" between Klosters Platz and Klosters Dorf. It was built in the Grisons style and offers a magnificent view of the mountains and the Prättigau valley. The Fless house is easily accessible via the Gäuggeliweg and is only a two-minute walk from the 'Hotel Sport' bus stop or 12 minutes from Klosters Platz.

The cosy 3 1/2 room flat with 86 m2 is located on the 1st floor and has a corner balcony facing north, east and south. A lift is available.

The flat for four to five people is extremely tastefully and comfortably furnished. It offers a 36m2 large, bright living room with open fireplace and integrated dining area with extendable table. TV, radio, CD & DVD player with surround system and WLAN are available. The serving hatch to the fully equipped kitchen with crockery for 12 people, ceramic hob, oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, raclette and fondue set, toaster etc. gives the flat a unique charm. A small library with books and DVDs in English and German for everyone in the family, bike and hiking maps as well as board games allow you to really enjoy your holiday.

One bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has 3 beds and 2 frames.

The spacious bathroom with WC, bathtub, washbasin and hairdryer and the separate bathroom with large shower, WC and washbasin are very practical.

On the balcony you have four garden chairs, a bench and two small tables.

A washing machine is available for shared use. Iron and ironing board are available.

An underground car park and an outdoor parking space no. 5 belong exclusively to this flat.

A ski room is available. The flat lawn in front of the house invites you to play ball games or badminton in summer and autumn; in winter there are slides and snowmen.

The Gotschna / Parsenn mountain railways (davos.ch/bergbahnen) and Madrisa (madrisa.ch) are both 5 minutes away by bus or car. In summer and autumn Klosters has an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, a 9-hole golf course, hundreds of kilometres of hiking trails and a downhill route for bikes from Gotschnaboden; in winter two ice rinks, 30 km of groomed cross-country ski trails, a toboggan run from Gotschnaboden and much more.

Excursion possibilities: Davos, Chur, to the Upper Lower Engadine, by train, by car
