Fantastic view of Lake Maggiore

The 75 m² holiday flat is located above Lake Maggiore and offers a wonderful view of the lake and the mountains. The quietly situated 2-family holiday home can be reached by car via a private road (dead end). The house is in a sunny location and you can enjoy your holiday with the fantastic view.

The 2.5 room flat has a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and WC. The large living/dining room is equipped with a TV and a DVD-CD player. The kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and a coffee machine. This is a non-smoking flat.

The flat has a terrace with garden furniture and a garden seating area. You can park your car free of charge in the private car park.

In the village centre, about 800 m away, there is a shop for daily needs and various restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, walks and various market visits. The nearest bus stop is right next to the house. The lake is approx. 2 km away and free bathing facilities are 3 km away.

The Eisenhut family's botanical garden with the largest exhibition of camellias, magnolias and other plants and conifers is in the immediate vicinity.

The Splash &Spa and the Adventure Park "Tamaro" in Rivera can also be reached within a short distance.

The surrounding mountains, which can be reached on foot or by cable car, provide even more stunning views.

    “Positiv: Die Lage ist perfekt....die Aussicht traumhaft, ohne Frage ! Es gibt mehrere Möglichkeiten zu entspannen, zu sitzen im Grünen, schattig oder sonnig, wie es gewünscht wird. Der nahe Wald und Berg macht angenehmere Temperaturen. Alles ist vorhanden, sogar Spiele, Bücher und DVDs...

    “Positiv: Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf den See & die Umgebung, war einfach nur wunderschön! Negativ: Die Sauerkeit hat noch Luft nach oben. Gut wäre, wenn der Besitzer nach Wechsel der Mieter, dies kontrollieren würde.”

    “Preis/ Leistung finde ich Top, Vermieter sind problemlos erreichbar und für alle Fragen offen. Nur selber putzen ist am Schluss etwas nervig. Positiv: Die Abgeschiedenheit, vor allem am Waldrand (kühlt in der Nacht sehr gut), die unverbaute Sicht. Es hat einiges mehr in der Einrichtung als angegeben...
