Complete renovation in January 2020! The house is located in the holiday village complex in the small, typically Bavarian village of Zandt. It has 84 square metres of living space consisting of 2 separate bedrooms, each with an adjoining WC and washbasin. Both bedrooms are also equipped with a TV and there is a bathroom with WC and shower on the ground floor. The ground floor also contains the cosy living and dining area, which is equipped with a TV, wood-burning stove and leather couch. There is also an open, fully-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave etc., where you will immediately feel at home with your loved ones.The modernised holiday home is located on the outskirts of Zandt, surrounded by meadows, fields and forests, in the "Upper Bavarian Forest". There are nature and leisure parks, fishing opportunities, canoe and boat hire and bathing lakes in the immediate vicinity, as well as other leisure activities such as horse riding, cycling, hiking, mountaineering, inline skating, skiing and snowboarding, tennis and golf. In the village itself you will find a grocery shop, butcher's shop, bakery, restaurants and café, doctor, dentist, massage practice and hairdresser.Zandt is only a few kilometres from the Czech border. Day trips to Prague, Pilsen, Karlsbad and Marienbad, as well as to Passau, Regensburg, Munich, Nuremberg etc. are possible. Pets are welcome in our holiday home. The property is fenced.
