As you enter the house, your eyes are immediately drawn to the nearly floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, which can be fully opened to reveal the expansive pool area. Designed for outdoor living, it features a glass table, six chairs, and four sun loungers. On the Jen Air grill, you can prepare delicious steaks or hamburgers while enjoying a cold beer. The heated pool invites you to take a refreshing swim – perfect after a long shopping day. An additional pool bathroom is also available.
The villa also features a large terrace by the canal, where you can go "shrimp bathing" (fishing). Alternatively, you have the option to dock a rental boat at the boat dock. In just 10 minutes, you can reach the Caloosahatchee River, leading you to the barrier islands of Cape Coral and Fort Myers Beach – an unforgettable experience!

Villa Belle Paradise follows the classic Florida layout: After entering the home, you step into the formal living room. To the left, you’ll find the master bedroom with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. To the right, there are two additional bedrooms, a shared bathroom, two dining areas, and another living room with TV. The modern white kitchen with a dark countertop includes a pass-through to the terrace.
